Overview
A manually operated ball valve provides a defined isolation point in a liquid-cooling branch or secondary-loop connection. Two union ends can support removal or service without redesigning adjacent pipework, subject to the installed connection method.
Construction and interfaces
The pictured series reference has a thermoplastic body, hand lever and union connections. Body polymer, seal compound, seat material, end connection and size are separately selected; the image does not prove one complete order code.
Selection
Choose the body and seal for the actual coolant before applying the material-specific pressure-temperature curve. A PN designation is not a blanket rating across all end connections, fluids and temperatures.
Configuration options
Documented series choices include several body polymers, elastomer options, connection forms and manual or configured actuated operation. This page depicts the manual form only; an actuator requires a different controlled configuration.
Application limits
The manufacturer datasheet's declared test standard is not an inspection certificate for an item supplied through this site. No universal glycol compatibility or combined maximum pressure and temperature is asserted here.
