Choose a requirement-led route

Use a drawing-defined component route for a controlled part, an assembly route for connected parts with shared tests, or a BOM route when several line items must be reviewed together. An alternate-source enquiry needs an explicit comparison and approval method.

Define the commercial boundary

State which items, documents, inspection steps and coordination tasks belong in the request. Complete loop design, installation, commissioning and site performance remain outside the component-sourcing scope described here.
