Responsibility boundary
This route supports component and procurement coordination. It does not imply complete liquid-cooling system design, installation, commissioning, or field-performance responsibility.
Keep line items comparable
A multi-component BOM should identify each component family, controlled part or interface, quantity, acceptable substitutions and required evidence. Shared coolant and loop conditions can be supplied once, while item-specific conditions stay with the line.
Manage package boundaries
Indicate whether items are quoted separately, supplied as a kitted package or integrated into an assembly. Agree on sample approval, documentation, packing and revision control before treating a grouped quote as a repeat-supply plan.
