Reference — FITOK FH sintered metal-mesh filter element
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Element construction | Five-layer sintered metal woven-mesh element with a bonded, rigid cylindrical constructionConditions: scope: FH element-construction reference; the photographed object does not prove a specific ordered pore grade |
| Maintenance and selection | Catalogue describes a removable, cleanable metal element; select matching housing area, nominal pore grade and coolant-compatible materialsConditions: scope: Cleaning method, re-use limits and actual fit must follow selected element and housing instructions |
| Element material | 316L stainless steel multilayer sintered metal mesh |
| Pictured housing fit | Catalogued picture is labelled for FH-4H series; exact replacement element code and pore grade still require housing match |
| Element service method | The catalog describes the multilayer sintered element as cleanable for repeated service, subject to operating conditions |
| Fh element nominal pore selection | FH catalogue lists nominal element pore options of 5, 25, 100, 150 and 250 µm for 4H, with 450 µm additionally shown for 8H. These are FH ordering choices, not a confirmed grade for the pictured loose element; media type and replacement code must be matched.Conditions: scope: FH family selection table; no grade inferred from the product photograph |
Manufacturer series reference. Confirm the exact order code, mating parts and stated conditions for the quoted configuration.
Overview
This separately replaceable FH element uses a sintered multilayer metal screen rather than the visibly pleated mesh construction. It is a distinct procurement choice for a compatible housing.
Construction and interfaces
The manufacturer describes a five-layer woven metal mesh bonded by sintering into a rigid cylinder. The catalogue image shows the complete cylindrical element, but no readable ordering code.
Selection
Match the selected FH housing geometry and element area, then specify particle-control objective, nominal rating, coolant and permissible differential pressure. Ask for the actual element code.
Configuration options
Element size and pore grade are configuration choices, not properties inferred from the picture. Cleaning and reuse should follow the selected manufacturer's instructions and site maintenance practice.
Application limits
The source does not establish the photographed element's exact pore grade or a complete installed-filter pressure capability. Do not substitute it for a pleated element solely because both are FH-related.
