Specifications and configuration
Reference — FITOK FW all-welded inline filter series
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Documented construction | Compact inline particulate filter with full-penetration weld between body and element; back-flushing is describedConditions: scope: Manufacturer series; cleaning procedure and exact configuration must be confirmed |
| Manufacturer max working pressure | up to 414 barConditions: scope: Series maximum; not a simultaneous maximum-temperature duty or site supply rating |
| Listed temperature span | -28 to 482 degCConditions: scope: Catalogue span; pressure-temperature diagram and chosen end form govern |
| Listed body material | 316 stainless steelConditions: scope: Manufacturer standard material; full wetted-material review still needed |
| Documented end connection examples | Twin-ferrule tube fittings, female or male NPT threads, and metal face-seal end forms in the ordering tableConditions: scope: Examples in source table; order-code combinations are not freely interchangeable |
| Element selection boundary | The catalog lists a sintered 0.5 micrometre nominal option; other listed apertures use screen elementsConditions: scope: Nominal rating and material must be chosen with a specific filter order code; do not infer absolute capture |

Overview
This FW-style welded inline filter is a distinct particulate-control construction for a liquid branch where a compact sealed body is desired. The photograph is a FITOK catalog reference of a threaded-end example, not a claimed supplied part or universal liquid-cooling approval.
Construction and interfaces
The manufacturer's document describes a full-penetration weld between body and filter element, intended to prevent bypass at that joint. The pictured metal body has opposed male threaded ends and a flow arrow; exact element rating and thread standard require its order code.
Selection
Specify the coolant, expected contamination and allowable pressure drop before selecting the element. A welded element changes cleaning and replacement practice relative to a removable-element FI or tee-body filter; the manufacturer mentions back-flushing but gives no universal service interval.
Configuration options
The catalog shows 316 stainless steel as the standard body material, with listed tube-fitting, NPT and metal face-seal end forms. It differentiates the sintered nominal 0.5 micrometre option from other screen-element choices; not every end and element combination is implied.
Application limits
The series maximum working pressure and broad temperature span are not one combined operating point. The page does not establish actual coolant compatibility, verified installed filtration efficiency, fouling capacity or the performance of a complete system.
