Reference — FITOK FH pleated metal-mesh filter element
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Element construction | Pleated multi-layer 316L metal woven mesh element; the pleat geometry increases filtration areaConditions: scope: FH element construction; photographed object is a reference element, not a confirmed complete order code |
| Nominal pore selection | Published FH nominal pore choices include 5, 25, 100, 150, 250 and 450 µm, subject to element form and 4H/8H sizeConditions: scope: Nominal pore rating, not absolute efficiency or an available-every-size promise; exact element code required |
| Element material | 316L stainless steel multilayer pleated metal mesh |
| Pictured housing fit | Catalogued picture is labelled for FH-8H series; exact replacement element code and pore grade still require housing match |
| Element service method | Pleated multilayer element is described as removable and cleanable for repeated service, subject to operating conditions |

Overview
This is the serviceable filter element rather than the FH housing. The pleated construction provides a distinct replacement and maintenance purchase path for the coolant line.
Construction and interfaces
The official catalogue describes a multi-layer 316L woven-metal mesh formed into pleats. The standalone image shows the cylindrical element and both end rings, not an assembled filter body.
Selection
Confirm the FH housing's 4H or 8H element size, nominal pore grade, coolant and acceptable clean or loaded pressure drop. The housing and filter element must have compatible dimensions.
Configuration options
The FH range lists several nominal pore grades, but their availability differs by element size and construction. Select an actual matching element code before ordering a spare or replacement.
Application limits
A nominal pore designation is not an absolute filtration-efficiency claim. The photo does not identify one exact grade, nor does it establish a pressure rating for the whole installed loop.
