Overview
This pictured cold plate is presented by Xinda for SP5/LGA6096 systems using AMD EPYC 9004 processors. It is a distinct physical and mounting configuration from the LGA4677 plate, not an interchangeable socket label.
Construction and interfaces
The supplier lists a copper base, copper fins and microchannel liquid-cooling construction. Its rendering shows a dual-port plate and six visible fasteners; port diameter, wetted-material certificate and internal passage geometry remain unverified.
Selection
The published nominal plate dimensions are 118 × 78.9 × 25 mm. Verify the selected server's SP5 mounting datum, CPU contact, clamping force, available height and hose path against a controlled drawing before procurement.
Configuration options
Define mating hose and port format, liquid-contact material, cleaning, assembly drawing and inspection plan in the RFQ. The page does not demonstrate every combination as a standard manufacturer variant.
