Manufacturer series reference. Confirm the exact order code, mating parts and stated conditions for the quoted configuration.
Overview
This BMQC reference addresses a blind-mate rack connection where the mounting stack must tolerate offset during equipment insertion. The CEJN catalogue identifies one socket and one plug; it is not a universal statement for every BMQC implementation.
Construction and interfaces
The illustrated series has a guided front interface and separately mounted halves. The chosen socket is listed with an ORB end while the plug has a 3/8-inch connection designation; a system drawing must reconcile both sides.
Selection
The manufacturer's radial and angular alignment figures describe the series capability under its design conditions. Check actual insertion path, guide stiffness, off-axis loads and external retention instead of treating the numerical tolerance as a completed rack qualification.
Configuration options
Specify the selected two part numbers, mounting details, fluid-contact components, seal and downstream hose or tube ends. The 5 mm nominal flow diameter and 3.45 bar listed working pressure are reference facts for this pair, not a promised alternate-source range.
Application limits
The main and next gallery images identify the two selected CEJN halves separately; the remaining group image includes additional BMQC variants. Pressure, misalignment and any standards-compatibility statement cannot be transferred to an untested cross-brand combination or different coolant.
