Manufacturer series reference. Confirm the exact order code, mating parts and stated conditions for the quoted configuration.
Overview
A CGQ-style connector combines direct insertion with automatic steel-ball engagement. The manufacturer image shows separate mating halves, making the buyer's pair selection and end-form requirements explicit.
Construction and interfaces
The series illustration has distinct socket and plug bodies and coloured identification rings. Their material and end termination are order-code choices; the reference visual cannot identify which exact model row it depicts.
Selection
The catalogue lists many CGQ size-specific recommended water flows, from compact to larger variants, under one defined test criterion. Use the relevant row and pressure-drop curve, not the endpoints as a blanket deliverable range.
Configuration options
Specify the exact CGQ size, both mating half codes, threaded or tube-side connection and colour identification as applicable. The source's separate part-code tables must govern the selected assembly.
Application limits
A broad manufacturer temperature statement does not establish coolant compatibility or the operating pressure at that extreme. Appearance, catalogue part code and final fluid-contact materials must be reconciled before quoting.
