Reference — FITOK CO fixed-cracking compact check valve series
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Documented construction | Compact one-piece check-valve body with fixed, non-adjustable cracking-pressure selectionConditions: scope: Series description; pictured brass threaded example does not define every material or spring |
| Listed nominal cracking choices | 0.02 to 1.7 barConditions: scope: Selectable nominal spring settings, not an adjustable in-service range or exact cracking tolerance |
| Manufacturer max working pressure | up to 207 barConditions: scope: Manufacturer series maximum; material-temperature curve and selected ends control |
| Listed temperature span | -23 to 190 degCConditions: scope: Not rated at the listed maximum pressure throughout this interval |
| Listed end connection options | 1/4 and 1/2 in NPT female or male threaded examples; 1/4 in tapered-thread examples are also shownConditions: scope: Series ordering choices; both ends, thread form and size must be fixed by the selected order code |
| Listed body and seal options | 316 or 316L stainless-steel or brass body choices; FKM, NBR, EPDM and FFKM seal codes are listedConditions: scope: Ordering choices, not proof that every body, seal and end combination is supplied or coolant-compatible |

Overview
A compact fixed-cracking check valve can prevent reverse flow at a specified branch boundary. The photographed brass threaded example identifies a CO-style shape; this internal catalog page does not establish one confirmed order code or a guarantee of coolant suitability.
Construction and interfaces
The CO source describes a one-piece valve body and fixed spring setting, different from an adjustable CA device or union-bonnet CL valve. The picture shows two male threaded ends but cannot determine their exact standard or the internal spring and seal.
Selection
Select the needed nominal cracking pressure, then check the actual opening band and reseal pressure at the operating orientation and fluid condition. The documented choices span the manufacturer series rather than one continuously adjustable valve.
Configuration options
Body material, both end connections and spring setting must form a valid manufacturer configuration. A brass image cannot support assigning the catalog's stainless ratings, and the site's procurement discussion must not imply all possible combinations are available.
Application limits
The manufacturer pressure and temperature limits are separate reference boundaries; selected body, seal and operating temperature control. No claim is made about glycol, water chemistry, cycle life, leakage acceptance or site supply of this photographed unit.
