Define interface, service method, fluid conditions, materials, validation, and quantity before comparing coupling options.
Define the connection
Identify the liquid loop position and why the connection must be separated. Name the plug and socket, who supplies each half, how the operator reaches it, and whether it is connected or disconnected during service.
Check the interface
For a UQD enquiry, provide the interface designation and exact revision with the mating counterpart. Check the port or hose termination and available envelope. A shared nominal size or use of the UQD name does not by itself prove cross-brand mating.
Specify acceptance
State the coolant and concentration, temperature, pressure, flow and acceptable pressure drop at their actual conditions. Add leakage on connection and disconnection, cleanliness, cycles and the intended sample or drawing approval.
RFQ checklist
- Connection and service intent
- Exact interface designation and revision
- Coolant, temperature, pressure, and flow context
- Leakage, cycle, cleanliness, and documentation expectations
Evidence boundary
Confirm every Product value and test condition for the exact configuration. This guide does not establish availability, qualification or system performance.
